Glee + Geek = Gleek, or is it just a lisp saying Greek.

Just recently, I got to watch an episode of the new season of Glee; I am not sure what particular episode it is, but it is the one where Madonna songs were featured, I think I got to watch it three times, two from Star World and one from Jack TV.

I'm not really into Madonna, her music does not really coincide with my type, but I need to say, just like Sue Sylvester, her power over herself is admirable; perhaps this is how she made it to the charts, she knows what she wants and she (more or less at least) is not much of an "influence taker" from others. Since this particular episode left quite a mark on me because of the "blades of feminist equality" presented to us, I decided to review it, but not hardcore, just the same analysis I do on papers I do at school.

In this episode, we learned why Sue makes fun out of Mr. Schuster's (spell check anyone) hair. It's quite fun too because it digs deeper than that when you get to realize how hair tends to hide one's disabilities (Gleeks, refer to the Hairography episode), same as how Sue tends to manifest this property of hair in her lifestyle since she cannot have the hair. And there you have it, people who cannot have the hair they want have many secrets, but of course, that is somehow a very hasty generalization.

Moving on the end part where Sue realizes that she does not need to change her hair, she learns that she can become her own Madonna. I have a hunch that she will stop making fun of Mr. Schuster's hair because she realizes what powerful woman she is. and yes, Kurt and Mercedes will remain on the Cheerios, I see it part ulterior and part selfish, but also in a certain significant level, their way to space things up a bit for Glee club.
