When a flat belly means the whole world, Numerolohiya V

1. You are what you eat, what you pray, and of course what you love. In summary, you are what you let the world make of you.

2. You fell asleep because you were tired the whole day doing nothing, and yes, busog ka pa, kaya 'yung ka video-chat mo sa skype naghihintay na pala sa wala, and all you can be when you woke up at 2 AM is but a clueless mammal who does not know if your date is badtrip ba sayo o hindi.

3. If you'll have me choose between chocolates or sleep, I think I'd choose sleep. Chocolate gives you diabetes if too much sugar is added, sleep just gives you the extra energy without enduring the harms of caffeine and heartaches, I never imagined chocolate can give you heartaches.

4. When a flat belly means the whole world to you, the tendency is for you to starve yourself to the extent which you can and then eat again...and then you play with your ugula to trigger your gag reflex and then you vomit the bowl of spaghetti you just ate earlier which now looks like a pile of bloody worms lifelessly swarming in your Mediterranean toilette.

5. In a few minutes I will be scrubbing our white kitchen ceiling with a wet rag, I am saying this because I wan you guys to know how healthy I want to be, that a flat belly needs effort and that it takes more than just sit ups to flatten it, it takes diet and discipline...and it all begins with a clean kitchen, from top to bottom.

6. Seven hours and I am leaving, not for Manila, but somewhere else. 3 AM has passed, I am safe 'till the next 23 hours or so, I always make it a point to be awake before three to make sure nothing crawls under my sheets without my consent.

7. I heard something that says Girls like Men greatly after sex because this is when me think like girls without necessarily being gay, this is because they've gone past the climax of their current state of libido hence sexual tension is lowest, in my opinion, this is the best time to ask men about how the interior of the house looks, what sheets to use, what shoes looks best for a girl, and other girly stuff that men can probably relate to.

8. I want an iPhone and a Blackberry, but more than those things, I still want a flat belly, does that mean I have to eat dinner with a rat's share? If the rat is as big a a lion then why not? I really enjoy eating kasi s I need to find ways on how the food I eat won't build up sa tiyan ko, nagji-gym naman ako.

9. I'm set to go  down in a few minutes but I need to skype my friend first before I do that, that means hihintayin ko siyag gumising, and tatawagan ko, that will make my day really better. I am floating eh, hindi ko talaga alam kung badtrip siya, pero judging based on the texts and missed calls...I found someone more patient than I.
